The documents related to reserving a plot are linked here. To sumarize the process, simply contact a trustee or attend the annual business meeting.
To maintain the reserved plot, each person must complete one of the following at least once every five years:
Attend a Memorial Day service (Business meeting portion)
Make a monetary donation accompanied by the donor's name
Volunteer at the cemetery during a communal work day
Submit a letter confirming continued interest
